Return & Refund Policy — Giving Tree Gift Co.

Because our gift boxes include curated items that cannot be resold once shipped, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

That said, if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items (report within 48 hours)

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number, and
  • Clear photos of the shipping box, packing materials, and the affected items

Once we review the issue, we’ll work with you on the best solution, which may include:

  • A replacement item or replacement box (when available), or
  • A refund or store credit (when a replacement isn’t possible)

Lost or delayed packages (report within 7 days)

If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or within 7 days of the last tracking update if it never shows delivered). We’ll help investigate with the carrier and work with you on next steps.

Shipping delays

Carrier delays can happen and are outside our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable for delays once the package has been handed off to the carrier.

Delivered but missing

If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, please:

  1. Check with household members/neighbors and any secure delivery areas, and
  2. Contact your local post office/carrier

If you still need help, contact us and we’ll assist with next steps.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, we can reship it at your expense.
