Shipping Policy — Giving Tree Gift Co

At Giving Tree Gift Co., we want your experience to be as seamless and joyful as gift-giving itself. Below are our current shipping terms.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Processing time (order preparation)

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During peak seasons (such as Christmas and Mother’s Day), processing may take up to 5–7 business days due to high order volume.

Shipping method & delivery estimates

We offer Standard Shipping via USPS (or another carrier as needed). After your order ships, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on destination.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping issues (lost, delayed, or damaged packages)

If there’s an issue with your delivery, please contact us within the timeframes below so we can help resolve it:

  • Damaged, incorrect, or missing items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the shipping box, packing materials, and the affected items.

  • Lost or significantly delayed packages: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, or within 7 days of the last tracking update if the package never shows delivered. We’ll help investigate with the carrier and work with you on next steps.

Shipping rates

Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $10.95 per order (contiguous U.S.).

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Wrong address disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Holiday shipping note

To improve the chance your gifts arrive on time, we recommend placing holiday orders by December 15 for Standard Shipping. (Earlier is always safer during peak carrier volume.)
